Coaching
Inspiration – Clarity – Wisdom
Coaching leaders and changemakers; organisations and individuals
We work with clarity and compassion leaving you empowered and operating from wisdom and well-being.
COACHING is a conversation that has the potential to transform your experience of yourself and your life. It points you to your true self and gives access to understanding how experience is created from the inside out rather than the outside in. When we connect deeply with our true selves, insight, clarity and natural wisdom arise. We know you have within you deep wisdom resilience and clarity. It our purpose to support you to deepen self-understanding, connect and stay connected to your true nature.
Coaching is in-depth and personal and the intention is to:
- provide space for connection with your deeper true self
- access the space where insight and realisation occur
- understand how we, as human beings, create our experience through thought from the inside out, rather than the outside in
- deepen self-understanding
- understand the source of resilience
- operate with ease and flow

Personal/Life Coaching
Life coaching is a process that helps you live your life in keeping with what’s most important to you. Individuals seek coaching support often when:
- there is something they want to accomplish or create in the world and want support achieving it.
- they are aware something needs to change but are not sure what; a coach will create a space in which to explore safely and without judgement
- they are in, or are, approaching a transition
- they are struggling with a particular issue or set of circumstances
Having a coach to support you will give you a space where you can:
- talk freely and be listened to deeply without judgement
- gain clarity
- deepen self-understanding; reconnect with your deeper, true self
- access the space where insight and realisation occur
- learn how we, as human beings, create our experience through thought from the inside out, rather than the outside in
What happens in coaching?
We start with an introductory conversation to explore what you want and whether we are best placed to offer that to you.
If you are seeking individual work, we will have an intake session that will end with making a plan clarifying how often and how long we will meet for.
As everyone’s needs vary, we may work together for a short while to support you through a particular issue or you may choose to have more ongoing coaching support. When the agreement is longer or open ended, we agree when to review, to make sure we are still on track.
If you are exploring bringing the inside out understanding to yourself, your team, your leaders, your organisation or any other combination, we will come and meet you and discuss what you want and look at options.
Instead of focusing on some of them and pushing away others, though, just look at them as feathers flying in the wind. The wind is your awareness, your inborn openness and clarity. Feathers—the thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations that pass through our awareness—are harmless. Some may be more attractive than others, some less attractive; but essentially they’re just feathers. Look at them as fuzzy, curly things floating through the air.
As you do so, you begin to identify with the awareness that is watching the feathers and allow yourself to be okay with whatever feathers happen to be flying at the time. You’re accepting them without latching on to them or trying to shove them away. This simple act of acceptance—which may only last a few seconds—offers a taste of that open space of essence love, an acceptance of the warmth that is your basic nature, the heart of your own being.”
