Sally’s calm voice and patience to listen encouraged me to be open and honest. This allowed me to explore my inner self, identify what was causing me to be anxious and to be able to separate “facts – reality” from “fiction – my thoughts”.

I was provided with strategies to use, and during my sessions we often went over the same ground, which helped to embed those strategies that worked for me.

I am now more confident in my role and will continue to use the strategies in my tool kit to help me move forward.
